This Australia PR Visa is a state sponsored visa .It is aimed at nominated skilled professionals who can live and work there on a permanent basis. Workers must be nominated by the Australian state or territory. The processing time for applications varies between 4 and 10 months. Costs start from AUD4,240.

Eligibility for Skilled Independent Visa & Skilled Nominated Visa
- You must get an invitation from the Government of Australia.
- You must have a relevant competency assessment for the Australia PR visa.
- For your application to be valid, you must declare that you have a satisfactory competency assessment at the time of the invitation.
- Your age must be less than 45 years old.
- As this is a points tested visa, you need to achieve a score of 65 or more.
- You must have at least sufficient knowledge of English proficiency skills.
- For both visa types, your profession must be included in the appropriate list of qualified occupations.
- You must meet the health criteria, along with any family members applying with you for the visa.
- You and family members who are applying for a visa with you & who are at least 16 years of age must meet our character criteria.
- If you owe money from the Australian Government, you must have repaid it or arranged for a repayment.
- The Australian Values Statement must be signed for immigration process for Australia.
- Your visa should not have been revoked or denied during your stay in Australia.
Visiting Period: Both visa holders can stay in Australia indefinitely.
Fee Amount: Primary applicant must pay AED 4,240 for both types of visa. Any family member applying for a visa with you must also pay a fee. Any candidate who is 18 and above and has less than functional English may be subject to an extra cost.
Process Duration: A Skilled independent visa application takes between 23 and 39 months depending on the percentage of the application. 25% to 90% of Skilled Nominee visa applications take 4 to 10 months.
Travel Period: You can travel in and out of Australia as many times you wish within 5 years of the date of your visa. To return to Australia as a PR after 5 years, you need a Resident Return Visa (RRV).
